Leaving property empty for long periods always seems to invite problems, It is our job to see that it doesn't. We check to see if the water is turned off, electricity off, gardens watered, pools cleaned, leaking roofs mended, hinges oiled anything that needs attention. We are there to keep your investment in first class condition. We only employ tried and trusted trades people who have a proven track record who we know are reliable and provide a first class service.
All properties and clients need their individual requirements fulfilled, we therefore tailor our services accordingly. A studio apartment will not require the same level of service as that luxury villa. We will assess what is needed and quote you a cost effective solution detailing the level of service that will be maintained.
Our minimum service level provides the following services :
Property security & maintenance checks, Key holding, Regular status reports, Maintenance advice, Legal representative and contact reference point.
Optional services include cleaning, gardening, maintenance etc.
These services are then charged at a previously agreed rate, depending on the level and frequency required. So that proper financial expenditure can be assessed.
