Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible due to the range of flight arrivals on offer. The
general time of occupancy is 4pm and departure 10am but can be adjusted to suit
accordingly.

Bedroom 4 with 2 x single beds patio doors leading to terrace and decked area.

There is a washing machine fitted under the work surface in the shower room.
A storage cupboard provides, mop bucket, mop, sweeping brush, ironing board and
iron. A clothes dryer is stored here to dry washed close externally. |

Superb open plan lounge and dining area with panoramic ocean views from the
full lounge and dining areas. Lounge features 42" Flat TV, DVD, Satellite
(BBC1/2, ITV, C4/5). One set patio doors leading to decking and patio doors

Notes on
accommodation
Heating is not required as the sun does it all year round.
No pets
There are fans provided for the bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have sea views. The
pool area and the villa is ideally suited for young children as it is secure at
all times and impossible for youngsters to depart the property without adult
assistance.

Outside
The villa external areas consist of the following: Front entrance terrace with
external stone circular table and chairs. Terrace off the main lounge includes
table and chairs with stone BBQ. This also leads to a raised decked area
suitable for sun loungers and external dining with ocean views. The poolside
terrace features open areas for sun worshippers and covered areas via the raised
deck. The heated mosaic tiled swimming pool receives all day sun.
Coast/Beach
Callao Salvaje at the present time has a small cove with small beach of natural
sand and pebble. In the next 12 months there will be constructed a new manmade
beach with promenades along the cliff tops.
Other very good man made beach are only 10 minutes drive from Callao Salvaje.
Golf
10 minutes to Adeje golf, other courses are easily reached as they are only 20 minutes
to other courses.
Travel
Tenerife south airport about 20 minutes travel by taxi or we can arrange pick
up. Car hire is cheap and simple either pre booked or at the airport.
Distances
Playa Las Americas is 12 Euros taxi ride or cheap local bus ride. Los Gigantes
is a 40 min drive along the coast.
Further details
Callao Salvaje is a small resort with a village type atmosphere and has good
restaurants, bars to suit all tastes, shops, numerous supermarkets, tennis,
gymnasium in local hotel, three banks, excursion offices
