This stunning property is located in the resort of Callao Salvaje
situated 10 mins from the Las Americas and Los Cristianos resorts. Just released
and recently refurbished. It houses some of the finest restaurants in Tenerife
and numerous bars, coffee shops, banks, excursion centres, etc. It is located in
a tranquil area only 5 mins stroll from the resort centre, beach and sea front.
There is a beautiful swimming pool and sunbathing terrace on the complex solely
for use of the community occupants. Located nearby are the Tropical Park and
Callao Garden Resorts which offer additional onsite entertainment, full
children's entertainment programmes day and night, onsite restaurants and are
open to the general public. Diving lessons are also offered poolside. Taxis and
a regular bus service are on hand in the resort should you wish to have a day
out at the other beautiful resorts in Tenerife. Costa Adeje Golf course is
situated a 5 minute car ride from the property.

A storage cupboard provides, mop bucket, mop, sweeping brush, ironing board and
iron. A clothes dryer is stored here to dry washed close externally. |

6 persons, television with full range of UK channels including BBC1, 2, ITV, C4

The property offers 3 external terraces as follows:-
Ground floor 20m2 entrance terrace.
First floor 10m2 terrace with table and chairs incorporating a spiral staircase
leading to a stunning 50sq m private roof solarium with panoramic sea and
mountain views.
This can be used by sun worshippers or for evening alfresco dining, barbecues,
etc.
Coast/Beach
Callao Salvaje at the present time has a small cove with small beach of natural
sand and pebble. In the next 12 months there will be constructed a new manmade
beach with promenades along the cliff tops.
Other very good man made beach are only 10 minutes drive from Callao Salvaje.
Golf
10 minutes to Adeje golf, other courses are easily reached as they are only 20 minutes
to other courses.
Travel
Tenerife south airport about 20 minutes travel by taxi or we can arrange pick
up. Car hire is cheap and simple either pre booked or at the airport.
Distances
Playa Las Americas is 12 Euros taxi ride or cheap local bus ride. Los Gigantes
is a 40 min drive along the coast.
Further details
Callao Salvaje is a small resort with a village type atmosphere and has good
restaurants, bars to suit all tastes, shops, numerous supermarkets, tennis,
gymnasium in local hotel, three banks, excursion offices
