Changeover day
Change over days are flexible - during busy months may be restricted to Fridays.
Arrival time is normally from 1400 hours and departure time is 1000 hours.

Extra cleaning or linen changes can be arranged at extra charge.

Notes on
accommodation
Heating is not required as the sun does it all year round.
No pets
Free standing fans are provided for all rooms.
Wooden windows shutters on all windows for security and for helping with keeping
the rooms cool.
Safe.
The main villa is all on one level and is suitable for children.
There are steps leading to the lower ground floor accommodation.

Outside
Front entrance has terrace with dining table and chairs and parasol and BBQ for
alfresco dining.
On the other side of the villa there is the pool with pool terrace and patio
furniture incl. loungers and umbrellas.
Swimming pool is heated in the winter months.
Coast/Beach
Callao Salvaje at the present time has a small cove with small beach of natural
sand and pebble. In the next 12 months there will be constructed a new manmade
beach with promenades along the cliff tops.
Other very good man made beach are only 10 minutes drive from Callao Salvaje.
Golf
10 minutes to Adeje golf, other courses are easily reached as they are only 20 minutes
to other courses.
Travel
Tenerife south airport about 20 minutes travel by taxi or we can arrange pick
up. Car hire is cheap and simple either pre booked or at the airport.
Distances
Playa Las Americas is 12 Euros taxi ride or cheap local bus ride. Los Gigantes
is a 40 min drive along the coast.
Further details
Callao Salvaje is a small resort with a village type atmosphere and has good
restaurants, bars to suit all tastes, shops, numerous supermarkets, tennis,
gymnasium in local hotel, three banks, excursion offices

resident.
