Changeover day
Change over days are flexible - during busy months may be restricted to Fridays.
Arrival time is normally from 1400 hours and departure time is 1000 hours.

Outside
Property has tiled terrace and tiled walkways. Has sun awnings and dining table
and chairs for al fresco dining. The pool is of a good size and is completely
private, heated in winter months. Has steps down into pool. Pool cover for
retaining day time heat. Sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
Local pebble/sand beach 15 minutes walk. Many other beaches within 15 minutes drive.
Golf
10 minutes to Adeje golf, other courses are easily reached as they are only 20 minutes
to other courses.
Travel
Tenerife south airport about 20 minutes travel by taxi or we can arrange pick
up. Car hire is cheap and simple either pre booked or at the airport.
Distances
Playa Las Americas is 12 Euros taxi ride or cheap local bus ride. Los Gigantes
is a 40 min drive along the coast.
Further details
Callao Salvaje is a small resort with a village type atmosphere and has good
restaurants, bars to suit all tastes, shops, numerous supermarkets, tennis,
gymnasium in local hotel, three banks, excursion offices
